The following is an A-Z of things to do in Devon but is by no means exhaustive:

Abbey Sands: conveninetly located beach on the mani sea front.

Ballon Rides: not exactly the Serengetti but another way to part with significant amounts of cash in a short space of time.

Clubs: presented here are the opinions of people with too much time on their hands - irony or hippocracy?

Cottaging: a very popular passtime for visitors to Devon. Rentals available from local and national sites. Why not take the time to enjoy a whole week of cottaging in Devon.

Devon: a county in south west England best know for its seaside resorts and Liberal Democrat voting tendencies. A fuller list of things to to in Devon can be found here.

Eating Out:

Fawlty Towers: it's rumoured that the Monty Python cast stayed at the Gleneagles hotel while filming in Torquay. After a while they all go so fed up with the owner that they moved out except for John Cleese who took notes. Definitely worth a visit for the Waldorf salad...

Mini Golf: not really as crazy as some of the other attractions of Torquay.

The Grand Hotel: Sea Front, Torquay, Devon. Sufficiently art decco to be vaguely reminiscent of the Shining - here's Jonny...

Hotels: see accommodation.

IJKL:

Meadfoot Beach: preferred by the locals and those in the know. Bucket and spade compulsory.

MNO:

Pubs and Bars: see comments on Clubs.

QRSTUVWXY:

Paignton Zoo: it's a zoo in Paignton - probably covers the salient points.
